We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to improve their operations reliably and efficiently.Partner with the bestAs a Service Delivery Coordinator, you'll ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence.
You'll ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities.
You'll coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.Responsibilities:Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out.Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.Ensuring the assigned contracts / quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in managing the Job Cycle across organizational boundaries.Coordinating and supervising activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration, and technical support.Managing multiple or single products / services.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or relevant experience.Have 5+ years' experience working in Fishing & Plug & Abandonment.Have demonstrated relevant experience in service delivery or coordination in Wellbore Intervention (Fishing, Wellbore Clean Up, Subsea Plug & Abandonment) Operations.Have previous offshore experience in wellbore intervention projects.Have good understanding of tool mechanics, hydraulics, tubemove & torque & drag.Have experience in resource allocation and management.Be creative and have a problem-solving attitude.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
