Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work within a well-established and supportive team and be responsible for the scheduling and dispatch of Service Maintenance Tasks to Field Services.Qualifications & ExperienceWell-developed skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesManaging customer requests for servicing and scheduled maintenance works.Customer quotes and labour planning.Prioritising customer requests and allocating resources appropriately.Providing regular and timely updates to customers on the status of jobs attending to their requests.Coordinating scheduled preventative servicing and maintenance.Monitoring, analysing, and reporting facility management service performance and recommending effective improvement strategies.Ensuring effective planning and scheduling of work is carried out within budget and on time.Liaising with site management teams to determine their requirements.Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing maintenance team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value, and continuous improvements.Ensuring OH&S requirements are met for the contract.Booking and coordinating site visits.Obtaining quotes and presenting them to clients.Preparing reports on tradespersons' findings.Completing job reviews prior to invoicing.Providing excellent customer service and the ability to react and prioritise to our clients' needs.The ability to work under pressure and have personal resilience to juggle the competing priorities of the position.Being solutions-focused, with a great attitude and personal energy to make things happen.
