Service Delivery Analyst

Location: Perth, WA
This role is part of a project team responsible for a large data migration from end-of-life infrastructure to Microsoft cloud.
Who We Are Looking For:
Junior PM or BA who wants to develop their skills (mentoring will be provided)
Experience planning and rolling out change initiatives for business users
Any type of migration experience, as part of business change
Eager to have a high impact on the digital transformation journey
Skills and Qualifications:
Experienced in the use and understanding of M365 technologies
SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive - MUST HAVE
Any exposure to workloads in Microsoft Azure would be a bonus
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Agile methodology
Good personal organisational skills
Stakeholder management
Accountabilities:
Excellent presentation skills
Strong experience working with stakeholders across multiple businesses
Very strong experience in relationship building
Very strong communication skills - verbal/written - internal/external
Flexible and able to handle pressure to meet deadlines
