Following years of growth, this role will launch the next phase of the HSA journey in achieving operational excellence.
The incumbent will provide an ongoing competitive edge to the business by assessing organisational performance, developing goals, and implementing processes to improve business effectiveness, while working closely with the Management Accountant, the Service Delivery Team, and any area as determined by the business.

The role: As the HSA Service Delivery Accountant, you will engage with business units to assess current financial performance and identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency while supporting the business unit during the implementation process.
While not mandatory, a CA/CPA qualification is preferred.
You must have an excellent work ethic, strong time management skills, and attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who will support the Senior Management Team by providing analysis of financial reports factoring in the financial impact of business decisions, changes in the NDIA funding model, as well as industrial instruments and legislative constraints.
You will need to have effective problem-solving and decision-making skills and the ability to schedule your work to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively build and maintain positive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
