A mechanical trade background would be preferable for this role given you will be required to field technical questions from both customers and service technicians.What a day typical day will look like:Booking and scheduling work in progressProviding clear, accurate and timely information for new machine build upsQuotations following inspection work.Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine component details are clearEffectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutionsABOUT YOUYou will utilise your knowledge gained from your mechanical trade background and pride yourself on outstanding customer service, as well as your organisational skills.To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes:Ability to develop and maintain long term internal and external relationshipsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneouslyOperational experience within the heavy mechanical industryA strong commitment to safety, health & environment proceduresWhy work for us?Joining the William Adams family, you will instantly feel welcome and supported.
