In this role, you will have the opportunity to support service sales by handling spare parts inquiries and coordinating the end-to-end customer supply process to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will support the end-to-end product/system/service development process. You will also showcase your expertise by managing spare parts evolution with respect to product/system/service Life Cycle Management shifts. The work model for the role is: Hybrid. This role contributes to the Electrification Services Business located in Moorebank NSW. You will be mainly accountable for:Assisting in the resolution of customer spare parts issues.Participating in determining sales targets for the sales force.Cooperating to embed spare parts highlights into product/system/service training for internal teams and customers.Assisting sales and marketing teams in the launch and selling of spare parts associated with new products/systems/services.Qualifications for the roleSAP and Microsoft appsMicrosoft 365Minimum of two years of experience in a similar roleMore about usABB's Service Division partners with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability, and sustainability of electrical products and installations.
