About the role This busy and ever-evolving role coordinates our Social Support Group (SSG) program.
Supervising a team of dedicated employees and volunteers, you will be a great leader of people, with exceptional organisational skills.

Responsibilities: Undertake day to day management and administration of our group Social Support programs within guidelines.
Plan and schedule the Social Support monthly calendar of events.
Ensure that appropriate client records and data on services is maintained and that regular evaluations of client need and service delivery occur.
Ensure that client information is up to date and available for employees and/or volunteers to read before working with the client.
Regularly review client and volunteer needs.
Develop service delivery plans in collaboration with clients.
Uphold wellness and client-focused service delivery principles.
Train and support employees and volunteers for transport and social support services, ensuring that employees/volunteers under direct supervision fulfill the requirements of their position descriptions.
Roster employees and volunteers as needed, manage employee and/or volunteer leave to reduce impact on services.
To be considered for this role you will have the following: Certificate IV or higher in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or Community Services.
Experience to network, liaise, and develop collaborative partnerships with different stakeholders.
Knowledge of relevant community resources and services.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook and navigation of the internet).
Knowledge of Alchemy SMS software is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current national police clearance (not older than 6 months).
Knowledge of CHSP and experience working with CHSP funded services.
Experience in a coordinator level role in Aged Care, Disability or Community Services.
Current First Aid.
Experience with working in a not for profit organisation, and working knowledge of volunteers.
