Service Coordinator - Singleton

About the Role We're looking for a talented Service Coordinator to join our client based in Singleton.This is a perfect role for those who thrive in a vibrant and successful environment and want to be a part of a fun and collaborative team.  The Service Coordinator will enjoy working closely alongside the projects and sales team and partnering with them to accelerate and expand opportunities.
The following is Required: Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products.
Engaging with customers for quoting and organising upcoming maintenance work.
Working with the service department and external contractors for quoting and estimating labour and parts required to complete the job Excellent written and verbal communication skills Liaising with the service department to ensure all work is booked and carried out in a timely manner Working with the service department to help with scheduling servicing and breakdowns.
