Temporary opportunity to join the Service team with a global organisation in Moorebank, NSW!
Your Organisation
As a global leader in their field, this company specialises in the manufacturing and security space with locations spanning across 50 countries and over 15,000 employees. Boasting a truly genuine culture and down to earth leadership team who are all extremely approachable, they are seeking a Service Scheduler to assist them on a temporary basis commencing ASAP!
Based in beautiful Moorebank this is a temporary opportunity to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months!
Your Role
Reporting Into The Field Manager
Organise the tasks of service technicians to efficiently fulfill scheduled work orders Communicating with clients and account managers regarding site requirements and job scheduling Ensure all records are kept up to date Ensure smooth communication between the service, sales and technical support team Answering inbound calls from clients and technicians Working closely with policies and procedures and ensure guidelines are followed by technicians Administration support for the technical service team Communicate with both internal and external key stakeholders General administration support
Your Profile
You will have experience working within a service based environment and a similar scheduling role. You will be highly customer focused both working with technicians, suppliers and key customers. You will be highly organised with a natural sense of urgency and an ability to deliver, and problem solve efficiently. You will develop relationships easily and enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people on a daily basis. You will be efficient with a variety of different software programs and pick up new systems quickly. You will be proficient with the MS Office Suite and have high levels of attention to detail.
About You
You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude and have exceptional time management skills and work well under pressure.
You will have strong attentional to detail and have the ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
This is a temporary opportunity so you must be available to commence immediately!
