Join us as a Service Coordinator, where you will coordinate and schedule jobs for the team. In this role you have the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled Technicians who work on a range of premium branded Air Compressors and Power Generators like Kohler, Mitsubishi & Airman.

The gig: Mondays to Friday 9:00am to 2:00pm: In this role you will work with our Service team to coordinate and schedule our highly skilled Field Service Technicians onto our customer sites. This includes making bookings for routine maintenance & scheduled service work, along with allocating Technicians to attend break down and emergency services. This role is busy, engaging and is a great introduction to the Compressed Air industry. Previous experience working in a service based company, scheduling work on customer sites is advantageous. You: Having worked in a similar role is great, but if you haven't that's ok - tell us about your experience with:Working in a busy environment, where you need to manage multiple tasks at once Communicate with customers and the your internal team proactively Being highly organized and motivated to do a great job & meet our customers needs You will have: Good computer skills and be keen to learn: We use PRONTO The ability to work in our Kalgoorlie branch, 5 days a week 9.00am to 2.00 pm Be a high performer and contribute to the teams positive culture Be ready to enjoy yourself at work - be part of a high performing branch and have fun learning and challenging yourself.
