Our 200 employees assist more than 300 people across the region with community supports, transport, recreation, inclusion, personal care, domestic assistance and supported accommodation.Our mission is what makes us stand out from the others with supporting people through Choice, Opportunity, Inclusion & Acceptance at the forefront of our company culture.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE2 years Disability or Mental Health experience preferably with a rostering and/or administrative backgroundAbility to work to a deadline with excellent organisational & time management skillsAdvanced knowledge & skills in Microsoft Office Programs with a high level of computer literacyDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment to effectively plan and organise the service delivery requirements of a changing client baseWell-developed communication skills (written, verbal and listening) including high level telephone techniques in order to liaise effectively with staff and clientsCert III or IV in Disability (or equivalent qualification) is desirableTASKS & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Services Rostering Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the Resolute Support rosters for both Service Users and its employees, ensuring that quality service delivery outcomes and maintenance of regulatory compliance is effectively coordinated and communicated.Rostering Management & Compliance:Implement, monitor, and maintain daily rostering schedules in line with the SCHADS Award, NDIS Price Guide, and Resolute Supports policies and procedures.Stay informed and up to date with any changes to the SCHADS Award and adjust rostering practices accordingly.Liase with Participants, Support Workers & Stakeholders to schedule supports.Communication & Support:Effectively communicate changes or requirements related to rostering with Support workers, Stakeholders and Participants, ensuring they are informed of updates or adjustments.Software & Technology:Utilise rostering software (Caremaster) to manage schedules and updates accurately.Leverage Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, communication, and reporting tasks.Identify and propose opportunities for improving rostering processes, ensuring greater efficiency and effectiveness.Data Entry & Accuracy:Perform accurate data entry and ensure roster information is clear, concise, and up-to-date.Work collaboratively within the team, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.PERKS OF THE JOB!!!Come work with us….Do you want to be part of a buzzing office environment, working together in a close-knit family-oriented team of Service Coordinators located just steps from some of Newcastle's best cafes?
