McArthur Community Care is a registered NDIS service provider offering individualized flexible supports across South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. Operating in Melbourne for six years, we are expanding our Core Supports and Capacity Building Services. We seek an experienced Service Coordinator, preferably with experience working within the NDIS framework.
In This Role You Will:
Coordinate and support participants and support workers in an allocated area. Provide guidance for rostered support services delivered daily. Maintain participant files on CRM/database. Conduct face-to-face service reviews and continuous improvement processes. Supervise support workers and co-facilitate inductions. Liaise with the rostering officer to ensure the best match of support workers to participants. Work closely with a rostering coordinator and a workforce and compliance officer. Collaborate with the General Manager for intake and onboarding of new participants. The Successful Applicant Will:
Be able to work 5 days in the office. Have attention to detail and proficient English language and communication skills via telephone and email. Have a genuine desire to make a difference in the community care industry. Be a great team player, engage in team meetings, be solutions-focused, and assist with day-to-day service coordination. Experience working in the disability sector or within the NDIS framework is desirable, as is having worked within a team-based office environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid WWCC NDIS Worker Clearance Victorian Driver's Licence Permanent Resident of Australia Applications: Submit your cover letter and CV to Interviews will be conducted before placement.
