Following recent growth of our business, an exciting opportunity exists at our Perth Branch in Bibra Lake to join our highly motivated team to the position of Service Coordinator.Role Summary:Reporting to the WA Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the effective coordination of our service department, service administration, and providing a high level of service to our customer base.Key Responsibilities:Arrange and schedule service jobs for the Field Service team on a daily basisReceive, log, and prioritize service callsCommunicate with customers on the status of service calls and job progressParts planning in conjunction with the Spare Parts CoordinatorProvide service administration supportCo-ordinate subcontractors for internal and external service supportSupport the Parts Coordinator as requiredIdeal Candidate:Ideal applicants will have the proven ability to deliver a high level of customer service. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential. Demonstration of strong organizational and time management abilities, and previous service department experience would be an advantage.
