Role Overview: As the Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our marine workshop operations. Your responsibilities will encompass scheduling and coordinating service appointments, overseeing technician assignment, managing inventory, ensuring quality control, and serving as a key point of contact for customer interactions.
