About the Role
Hastings Deering is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Toowoomba Branch.
The primary focus of this role will be to support the Service Advisors.
This is a Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday role.

The key responsibilities of this dynamic role will include but are not limited to:
Build and maintain customer and internal relationships, acting as the key operational contact for assigned customers.
Ensure invoice clarity and prompt payment by verifying accurate parts, labor, and work descriptions.
Communicate effectively with all parties.
Capture and convey customer requirements to the Service team.
Implement action plans for financial targets.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Trade Qualification desirable.
Experience working within a service-oriented department.
Sound computing skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft AX.
Ability to maintain a high level of workplace health and safety.
