Due to their rapid expansion, they are now seeking a passionate Service Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Your New Role: Reporting to the Service Support Centre Manager, who is well-regarded for their supportive and collaborative leadership style.
Your duties will include:
Coordinate and allocate service jobs to technicians across Australia.
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client service requests.
Manage and action internal and external email inquiries efficiently.
Update SAP systems with accurate client information and job details.
Ensure seamless job execution and timely completion of all service tasks.

About You: Previous Customer Service, Service Coordination or Scheduler experience.
Strong understanding of SAP or similar CRM.
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
High organisational skills and attention to detail.
