Service Coordinator - NDIS (Zing Support Services)

Position Overview: As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day coordination of services for participants. You'll work closely with our support teams to ensure services align with individual NDIS plans, participant goals, and best practice care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of supports to NDIS participants, ensuring services meet individual needs and goals. Assist in development of team rosters. Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with NDIS requirements, service agreements, and relevant legislation. Conduct regular reviews of participant progress and service delivery. Collaborate with team leader, support workers, and external services to ensure seamless service provision. Manage participant inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively. Provide guidance and mentoring to staff to ensure quality service delivery. Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in a coordination or leadership role in the disability or community services sector. Knowledge of the NDIS and experience working with NDIS participants. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. A passion for empowering people with disabilities and commitment to person-centered care. Relevant qualifications in Disability, Social Work, Community Services, or a related field are highly desirable. Why Join Us?
