Rentokil Initial is looking for a Service Coordinator / Planner with strong administrative and communication skills to join the team in Sydney on a permanent full-time basis.

The core responsibilities in this role include: Organisation and scheduling of regular field service activities in the TeamEnsuring all Service Technician visits are loaded within set time frames and variances from divisional expectations are reported to your line ManagerOrganise installations and jobs for completion within divisional time frames and expectationsRespond to customer enquiries/complaints on service and where required as well as arrange necessary non-routine service callsDeal with all paperwork and administration related to service activities and routing of documents for entry into Branch Contracts Computer SystemEnsure all daily routines completed by technicians are recorded in accordance with divisional requirementsProvide ongoing reports requested by management in relations to such items as state of service, jobs, customer service history, specific technician productivity and customer retentionMaintain reporting spreadsheets within timeframesThe ideal candidate will have: Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to give clear instructionsPrevious experience in a similar role, or fast-paced office environmentAs part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete the pre-employment medical and reference checks.
