We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Service Coordinator to join our dedicated team at one of our two branches on the Sunshine Coast. This Full-Time position offers a wonderful opportunity for the right applicant to expand their knowledge and gain experience in various areas within the Pump and Irrigation Industry.
About the role The Service Coordinator is central to our service and project installation work. Day to day responsibilities consist of:
Taking phone bookings from customers in need of onsite repairsAccepting pumps at the counter for workshop repairIdentifying and selling spare partsScheduling the trades staff to project jobs and repairsQuoting and invoicing of repair workBenefits: Permanent, full time roleImmediate startJoin a knowledgeable teamInternal training providedThe following attributes will serve the successful applicant well in this role: Strong desire to learn about products and applicationsSound mechanical knowledgeExcellent organisational skills, customer service and a friendly mannerExperience in sales/service departments Accuracy and attention to detailAbility to communicate well within a team and with managers across branchesMedium to high computer literacyExperience in domestic and agricultural pumping and water treatment systems will be highly regarded.
