This position is located in: Port Hedland Close date: Fri, 10 May 2024 11:59pm Access Services Group, part of Access Group Australia, is a major provider to the Australian sales and rental equipment industry, providing service, sales, and support.  We specialise in the maintenance and repair of all types of equipment including scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, lighting towers and generators supplied by world leading brands such as Genie, JLG, Merlo and Globe Power.  We have a strong team of employees who work in a fast-paced, high-performing, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment. We have a new opportunity for a Workshop/Service Co-ordinator to join our friendly and professional team at our Port Hedland branch.  This role is a residential role, no FIFO available. Primarily you will be responsible for assisting with scheduling/planning our technicians to attend to service and breakdowns and to help out in other areas as needed, your daily tasks will include; Coordinating and assisting with the day to day operations of the workshop Fleet Scheduling and Planning - Monitor and maintain fleet maintenance plans and service schedules. Workflow management. Liaising with Workshop Technicians regarding the effective repair and maintenance of fleet Mechanical knowledge and machinery industry background would be an advantage. Ensure units are prepared in keeping with relevant standards and regulations. Co-ordinate Rosters/Technicians. Providing exceptional customer service. Administration duties. Ability to think quickly and provide solutions to problems that may arise. The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have; Previous coordinator or team leader experience in an automotive workshop environment. Demonstrated sound knowledge of mechanical workshop practices such as customer service, sales, job cards, receipts, purchase orders, invoice reconciling and stock inventory control. Clear and confident communication skills Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service. Sound experience and knowledge in MS Office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook and other database or ideally hire based systems (e.g. InspHire and CRM systems) Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work to strict timeframes. Ability to work and adapt in a dynamic and changeable environment effectively, with minimal supervision. Ability to work effectively in a busy and high-pressure team environment. A willingness to learn and be coached for success.
