The position
As Service Coordinator you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth project execution, programmed maintenance, and effective resolution of breakdown situations. Your exceptional customer service, organisation, and prioritisation skills will be instrumental in optimising service delivery.
Duties include: Job Scheduling & Coordination – update the system, convert quotes to active jobs, manage schedules, raise new jobs and inform clients/arrange site access. Answer phone calls and emails related to job inquiries, scheduling, and customer queries. Book accommodation and travel arrangements for technicians as needed. Coordinate mobilisations for technicians to and from site in accordance with customer requirements and procedures. Ensure accurate scheduling based off customer shutdown requirements. Update job times and confirm with clients and technicians. Maintain accurate data in SimPRO Financial Management - handle credit requests, invoice disputes, and ensure job pricing meets required gross margins (GM). Coordinate training and inductions for service technicians. Skills & experience required: Mobilisation and/or Service Coordination experience is essential. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in using SimPRO or similar job management software. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
