5:2 Roster Full-Time Casual Based In Forrestdale About the Role: WorkPac is currently in search of a Service Coordinator to join our esteemed client's team, based in FORRESTDALE. This position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week for 3 months with potential for permanency. Duties and Responsibilities: Receive and allocate Purchase Orders (P/O) from customers. Track and follow up on quotes, planning as P/Os are received. Coordinate tasks with other business divisions for project delivery. Manage mobilizations on various platforms. Arrange WA flights and accommodations. Handle Mobilisation rosters based on weekly toolbox meetings. Administer FIFO houses and services. Manage service workwear requests for WA. Document and minute monthly sales talks and service coordination strategy. Create and allocate Service Purchase Orders. Maintain up-to-date contact lists for projects. Ensure Hose technicians' induction and licenses are current. Complete associated costs and timesheets for service projects before invoicing. Manage casual Labor hire across divisions. Electronically file service-related documents per project/service card.
