Our Service Coordinators ensure our client's needs are met through the effective scheduling & coordination of services.
This role delivers results through strong stakeholder relationships and good time management.
A week in the life of your new roleResponding to client requests and arranging at home care support and services on their behalfReceiving calls from our Customer Service Centre and providing support in a timely manner.
All calls in NSW come through our Parramatta site.Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and/or their carers.Developing and maintaining relationships with service providers to ensure service coordination and all relevant client information is recorded accurately.Maintaining accurate documentation and updating in any changes in our client management system.Experience and other prerequisites requiredPrior community, medical or administrational experience highly desirableA passionate, customer focused approach to supporting older people to remain living at homeExcellent organisational and time management skills and ability to work within limited time framesPolice Check (dated within the last 3 years)Willing to obtain annual flu vaccinationsEvidence of Covid 19 vaccinationsImportantly, you will mirror our values of Be Kind; Listen; Be Curious; Always safe; and Always together in all aspects of your work.
