Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Workers:
Efficiently assign support workers to clients.Create and maintain support schedules.Roster staffAdapt quickly to changes. Supervise and Support:
Provide guidance and feedback to staff.Evaluate performance regularly.Foster teamwork. Ensure Safety:
Implement safety rules.Identify and address risks.Follow safety regulations. Training and Inductions:
Train and onboard new staff.Keep everyone updated on standards.Maintain training records. Requirements
Cert. IV in Mental Health or Disabilities.High degree of computer literacyProven experience in disabilities or a similar role.Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and regulations.Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess and manage risk effectively.Knowledge of SCHADS award.Knowledge of workplace safety practices.Training and facilitation skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.If you are passionate about improving the lives of individuals with disabilities and possess the skills and qualities necessary for this role, we encourage you to apply.
