Industrial Fire and Electrical Pty Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team and support the function of projects. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday in Launceston.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes: being highly motivated with good communication skills and time management.
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating industry trade projects, including job set up, scheduling trades, troubleshooting, and client management.
Other tasks may include:
Monitoring job statuses and actively troubleshootingProviding project and service status updatesFollowing up on completed jobs and any ongoing onesScheduling and planning worksSourcing and acquiring parts and solutions to service call jobsStrong PC knowledge and skillsAnswering phone calls and directing queries to the correct areasActively managing email for jobs, work orders, and enquiriesYou will have a strong desire to succeed and embrace the various opportunities for continued learning. Experience in the trade or construction industry is desirable.
Successful applicants will hold relevant competencies and valid licenses, be self-motivated, able to work unsupervised, and enjoy working as part of a valued team. Attractive remuneration and employment conditions apply.
