Full timeUnited are a highly respected, locally owned commercial Air Conditioning & Mechanical Services company operating within the Darwin and surrounding areas.United are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and highly efficient team member to run the day-to-day operations of the very busy Service Department.
United have NT Government maintenance contracts and several high-end clients that we must provide exceptional service to.This role would be best suited for someone who thrives in a very busy workplace, enjoys getting the best out of their team, and can operate and develop their department independently.Range of Duties:Operate efficiently, effectively and respectfully within a highly challenging and demanding environment.Co-ordinate a Service Team made up of AC Technicians, Installers, Apprentices and Trade Assistants.Coordinate jobs from the start, all the way through to invoicing the client.Raise new jobs and coordinate times for attendance with Service staff to meet strict contract obligations.Liaise with clients for booking in jobs and ensure they receive a high level of service and communication.Manage job flow and monthly repetitive order schedules within the management software.Manage and maintain repetitive Maintenance Schedules and Log Sheets.Book flights and accommodation for Service staff.Raise Purchase Orders for parts and equipment.Receipting of supplier invoices for the Service Department.Submit minor email quotations for repairs and maintenance to clients.Manage and upkeep of client forms in line with contract requirements.Manage and upkeep of multiple forms required by licensing regulators.Manage and upkeep of multiple company registers.Develop and nurture a strong Service Team.Must be capable to obtain a NTPFES & National Police Clearance.Previous Service Coordination or Real Estate Property Management experience would be an advantage.United are equal opportunity employers and Darwin locals are encouraged to apply.
