The position requires acceptance of phone calls, the scheduling of contracted works, response to emergency break down situations dependent upon priority and urgency, management of the location and output of a team of technicians, invoicing, production of schedules, final reporting and oversight to the customer in compliance with the Australian Standard AS1851.360 DEGREE FIRE has made a significant investment in paperless technology for all inspection and testing processes. Previous experience with a service management database, electronic accounting package or electronic recording system would be advantageous to the successful applicant.360 DEGREE FIRE is a progressive, community focused, family oriented employer.
