Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a dynamic Service Coordinator to join our successful and friendly team in our Bundaberg Branch.
You will be predominately providing administrative services to the team to support operations and assist in meeting customer requirements.
Your tasks will include: Be a professional and friendly point of contact as you liaise with customers and suppliers.
Enter, monitor and maintain job data in the ERP.
Generate service jobs, purchase orders, invoices and quotations.
Prepare timesheets for the Service Team.
Data entry and ordering parts.

About You Strong administration, time management and prioritising skills.
Computer literacy - Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP systems.
Be a team player and work well with others.
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Service Coordinator experience would be advantageous.
