THE ROLE
After another successful bid, we are looking for 4 additional Service Coordinators to join our awesome team at our head office in Cronulla. 
Embarking on a structured learning induction program, you will enjoy the pace and variety of coordinating facilities maintenance. As one of our Service Coordinators, no two days will be the same as you manage Modus trade staff and their schedules for planned and reactive facilities maintenance. You will be allocated your own account and be the number-one go-to for your clients. 

YOUR DAY
Coordinate and organise Modus trade schedules for reactive and preventative facilities maintenance, nationwide. Managing quotes, producing work orders, and optimising business operationsUtilise your problem-solving expertise to build and maintain strong working relationships, both internally and externallyEnsure project delivery and jobs are completed within the allotted budget and timelines ABOUT YOU Professional with excellent communication skills, and an experienced multitasker, who likes to get things doneExperience in a customer service, coordination role, or facilities maintenance administration is highly advantageousExperience in either property, strata management, customer service, or recruitment background will set you up for successIntermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)Exceptional organisation and time management skillsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
