About the Role Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Service Coordinator to join our award-winning team in Rockhampton.
This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
Reporting to the Field Service Operations Manager, you will play an integral role in providing support to the Service team.
We are looking for someone with impeccable work ethic who likes to learn, seize opportunities, and take responsibility for achieving excellence whilst working as part of a great team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide a high quality, cost effective service that exceeds customer expectations.
Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency in conjunction with the Service Department.
Effectively and accurately manage SIP/WIP and forecast invoicing expectations.
Accurately encode all documentation relevant to AX as required by the Service Supervisor.
Assist in the development of accurate customer estimate repairs when required and deliver it to the customer through AX.
Be active with the Caterpillar Production Systems Service Operation Development and Assessment (SODA).
