About the Service Coordinator Role: Under the general direction of the General Manager, you will promote and provide consistent service delivery in accordance with CLO's Vision, Mission and Purpose, Values and Code. The Service Coordinator provides quality and effective leadership and guidance to Support Workers to achieve outcomes and goals for the people CLO supports. You will actively contribute to employee development to support overall outcomes. As Service Coordinator you will assist to create an empowering environment for clients and work to maximise independence in the least restrictive environment. You will engage in the development and review of plans and programs and will monitor and assess plans and implementation for effectiveness.  The role will be based from our Edwardstown Office. Key Responsibilities: Provide employee support and leadership to meet KPIs Facilitating team PDPs and development opportunities Identifying training needs to educate and develop others to achieve quality outcomes Service delivery, planning and program development Lead the team with effective development and implementation of a range of developmental programming techniques Be a positive brand ambassador for CLO internally and externally Supervise and monitor operation/information systems (including rosters) and identify organisational requirements including risk management The Service Coordinator has a fantastic opportunity to observe the people we support achieve goals through ensuring the maximisation of person-centred approaches by guiding and motivating CLO's Support Workers. To become part of CLO's dynamic operations team, you will have a values match with CLO as a first vital point to success as well as extensive experience in the industry. You will be adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments and have an in-depth understanding of the NDIS and how this impacts participants, service providers and staff. You will be able to support and guide staff to adapt to industry changes and demands and will share your knowledge with your team.  Qualifications and Essential Licences: Tertiary qualifications (Preferred Bachelor Degree or higher) in Disability, Social Work, Behavioural Science, Mental Health (or similar) Senior First Aid Certificate and valid CPR DHS (Disability-Related) Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening  Working with Children Check Current Driver's Licence You will also possess: Effective time management and planning skills Ability to manage changing and competing priorities Experience using and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans Intermediate IT skills A person-centred approach Experience developing professional and accurate reports for stakeholders Ability to teach, motivate and inspire Support Workers Apply Now!
