A Snapshot of Your Day: We currently have an opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team based in Sydney.
The Service Coordinator is responsible for handling service contracts, operational support, and developing business to achieve service business targets.
We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic, open-minded, and innovative colleague, dedicated to driving our Controls & Digitalisation Service Growth.
How You'll Make an Impact: Support the Service Operations Manager to secure service orders and service agreements.Drive service improvements across different service operational portfolios.Support and develop business to achieve service business targets.Manage time effectively and develop strong relationships with collaborators.Maintain impactful relationships with customers.Prepare spare parts and service offerings to customers.Process spare parts orders, packaging, and deliveries.Update training brochures, manage customer training schedules, and coordinate training deliveries.Maintain training facilities and equipment.Provide data for reports to assist management in decisions related to customer satisfaction, sales marketing, engineering, quality control, support, and employee satisfaction.Foster a culture of proactive engagement in up-sales, customer contact, claim management, new opportunities, and risk management.Plan and administer preventative maintenance and proactive onsite visits.Coordinate service contracts and small service projects, achieving or improving the gross margin.Manage customer energy portals for assets, equipment, and service contract entitlements.Address customer complaints or concerns promptly to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.Work closely with customers at all times.What You Bring: At least 4 years' experience in operation management or I&C sales.Ability to work under pressure and handle stress.Good verbal and written communication skills in English.Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.Flexible, innovative approach to evaluating and applying new technologies.Project experience with plant realization engineering and services.Willingness to travel to customer sites across Australia and New Zealand.Strong competence in using IT tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce, and other applications as defined by the organization.Engineering degree or equivalent experience in the energy industry preferred.Knowledge of Siemens Energy DCS T3000 is a plus.Familiarity or experience with Siemens Control Systems, PLCs, or SCADA systems preferred.About the Team: Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
We provide zero or low emission power generation, covering all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators, along with decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
