Organization Gas Services Business Unit Service Asia Pacific Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day We currently have an opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team based in Sydney. The Service Coordinator is responsible for handling service contracts, operational support, and developing business to achieve service business targets. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic, open-minded, and innovative colleague, dedicated to driving our Controls & Digitalisation Service Growth. How You'll Make an Impact: Support the Service Operations Manager to secure service orders and service agreements. Successfully drive service improvements across the different service operational portfolios. Support and develop business to achieve service business targets. Excellent time management and organisation skills to grow collaborators' relationships. Develop and maintain strong and impactful relationships with customers. Prepare spare parts and service offerings to customers. Handle spare parts order processing, packaging, and deliveries. Update training brochures, run customer training schedules, records, and coordinate training deliveries. Handle and maintain training facilities and equipment. Provide data as requested for any reports to assist management in decisions pertaining to customer satisfaction, sales marketing, engineering, quality control, support, and employee satisfaction. Develop a culture of moving from a "passive" to an "active" mentality (regarding up-sales/customer contact/claim management/new opportunities/risk management/etc). Plan and administer preventative maintenance and proactive onsite visits to ensure work is conducted in an appropriate manner. Coordinate service contracts and small service projects and achieve or improve the gross margin of service contracts and small service projects. Handle customer energy portal for assets, equipment, and service contract entitlements. Handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with customers at all times. What You Bring: At least 4 years' experience in operation management or I&C sales. The ability to work under pressure and handle stress. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills. Flexible, innovative approach, able to evaluate, adapt, and apply alternative new technologies. Project experience with plant realization engineering and services. Ability to travel to customer sites across Australia and New Zealand from time to time. Strong competence in using IT Tools such as Microsoft Office suites, SAP, Salesforce, and various other applications as defined by the organisation. Engineering degree or equivalent experience in the energy industry preferred. Knowledge of Siemens Energy DCS T3000 will be a plus. Familiarity or experience with Siemens Control Systems, PLCs, or SCADA systems preferred.
