Our primary purpose is to enable kids, young people and adults living with disability and their families to participate in the community to their full potential.Job DescriptionAbout the roleWe are recruiting for several Service Coordinator positions across metropolitan Adelaide. Successful candidates will be matched to the most suitable site.The Service Coordinator is responsible for developing the existing group programs for adults in hub and in other community settings and individualised support. The incumbent provides client centred leadership to a team and facilitates teamwork to enable the delivery of safe and effective, individualised, person centred supports for people living with disability to assist them to achieve their goals.
