Service Coordinator/Administrator

Cramer & Neill are looking for a Service Coordinator/Administrator to join our friendly office team.
The role of Service Coordinator/Administrator assists the Service Manager in the orderly running of the Service Department, Monday to Friday.Responsibilities:• Attend to walk-in Service Dept.
Customers and liaise with Maintenance Clients.• Logging and Scheduling of service, breakdown, and ongoing maintenance works.• Coordinating Site Mobilizations and Inductions.• Vetting completed works prior to invoicing.• Overseeing Safety Training & InductionsWe are Looking for someone with:• A friendly and professional phone manner.• Very good written and oral communication skills.• Great time management and organization skills• Ability to be adaptable, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.• Strong computer skills.
Experience with Simpro will be highly regarded, but it is not essential, as training will be provided.Above award wages will be offered to the successful candidate.
