We have an opportunity for a suitably qualified success driven experienced individual with a focus on customer delivery to join our service maintenance and minor work division
The successful Candidate will be a vital member in our service, Maintenance and Minor works division responsible for Customer service, business support, Service coordination, account management, General business improvement and productivity.
Skills & ExperienceDemonstrated skills in communication with stakeholders,planning, time management, negotiation & adapting to changing situations/work schedulesAbility to multi-task and handle competing deadlines and prioritiesFire industry experience is preferred and/or previous use of (simPRO) is advantageous however not essentialService industry/office administration exposure is highly regardedSelf-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environmentConfidence in dealing with high volumes of data is essentialWell-developed computer literacy including spreadsheets and database management Microsoft office Skills in particular Excel. Word, PDF editor & PowerPoint Strong business written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated high level of customer service to internal and external customersResponsibilities will includeLiaise with our clients to arrange the scheduling of serviceHandling and responding to customers' queries and complaints.Initial processing, maintenance and recording of inspection reports, quotes, and invoices.Assist with accounts Debtors follow up overdue payments etc.Schedule work for technicians/contractors using Company CRM system (simPRO)Preparation of annual fire safety statementsOrganised stock and supplies for your technicians/contractorsCreate purchase orders and approve invoicesData entry: Monitoring and maintaining of our Service management systemInvoicingOverseeing Defect Reports and its status'Provide ad hoc support to the wider team
