This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment until 30/06/2024 with the possibility of extension(s). Position Profile The role assists with the assessment and coordination of Commonwealth Home Support Program client service provision. Undertakes comprehensive care planning and coordination of services. Supports the maintenance of rosters for community care support workers, assists the coordinator in work allocation and accurate recording of employee wages. Promotes the services to consumer groups.
