The Role In this role, you'll support a portfolio of financial advisers by managing new applications, ensuring cases move smoothly through each stage, providing exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle.
You'll handle life insurance policy administration in a collaborative, customer-focused environment, working closely with underwriting to ensure a seamless experience for advisers and their clients.
This position is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and client-focused, with a passion for enhancing service quality and supporting advisers in delivering exceptional results to their clients.
The Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional, customer-centric service to financial advisers and stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advisers to drive client advocacy.
Manage a personal portfolio of advisers, providing end-to-end support throughout the policy life cycle.
Visit advisers to showcase the company's services, reinforcing the value proposition.
Process new business applications and ongoing service requests accurately and within service level agreements.
Proactively monitor case statuses to ensure timely completion and minimise delays.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and solve problems, supporting a positive team environment.
Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, reduce cycle times, and streamline processes for both the company and advisers.
About You: Experience working within Advisor Assistant or Client Services roles highly regarded.
Experience working within life insurance strongly regarded!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong MS Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and high level of personal energy, with a drive to succeed and improve processes.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Financial Services and industry qualifications highly regarded.
The Benefits $80,000 - $83,000 + Super (depending on experience) Modern offices in Perth CBD.
