Job Description This role is responsible for the maintenance of TAL's monies in, through excellent service standards, risk mitigation and building relationships with associated stakeholders.
Additional ad-hoc support in Office Services tasks may also be required and include, but not limited to, managing escalations and complex exceptions from internal business partners within set services standards.
Accounts Receivable: Deliver high-quality Accounts Receivable services in alignment with TAL's core values and Superannuation Rules.Ensure accurate banking with daily reconciliation of bank statements of inbound funds to TAL, within agreed timeframes and service standards.Conduct investigative work on daily exceptions of unidentified funds and refer money-in queries through appropriate channels as needed.Process returned funds via Electronic Requisitions as advised by the business.Ensure the accurate banking of all physical cheques within agreed timeframes, in coordination with office services.Maintain accurate and thorough notes as required.Contribute to the Existing Business completion process by managing Bounce Back Super refund issues.Ensure timely payment to vendors by verifying invoices and raising requisitions.Provide daily support to external Super Funds via the Superstream inbox for Rollover in or Rollover out queries and issues.Support to Stakeholders: Assist Claims and Reconciliation teams in the investigation, return, or banking of funds as per provided instructions.Support the Asteron Team with receipting amounts.Assist the Commission team with updates to adviser account detail change requests.Aid the Existing Business team with the recall of LEO files from Iron Mountain.Ensure Controls Reports are performed weekly and monthly.Qualifications: Excellent attention to detail, ability to work autonomously and a high focus on delivering quality output.2 years in an administration environment with proven accounts receivable experience.Knowledge of Insurance and Superannuation is ideal.Sound knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel & Outlook).Displays a strong customer service attitude in everyday responsibilities.Understands the importance of building positive working relationships.Demonstrates knowledge of own role, business principles, policies, practices, and trends.Thinks innovatively and challenges the status quo.Additional Information: At TAL we value diversity in all its forms and are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable culture for all our people.
