Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support)Full timeVehicle Access Solutions is a market leader in the service and conversion of wheelchair accessible vehicles to multiple industries around Queensland and Northern NSW. Our service division is the market leader in providing maintenance, repairs, and new installations to our clients' assets. We supply a wide range of services to government departments, councils, hospitals, and property management clients, to name a few.We have an exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our team with a proven track record of scheduling and coordinating technicians to deliver the highest quality of service to our customers while meeting budgets and KPIs at our office in Banyo.In this position, we are looking for someone who is team-oriented, can work closely with other team members in our service department, and has the ability to work well under pressure while enjoying the challenges of a busy service department.Key Responsibilities include:Liaising directly with customers, maintaining excellent customer service, and building relationships with a strong focus on communication and portal management.Scheduling and coordinating technicians on a daily basis, issuing and prioritizing work through our Simpro system.Monitoring job stages to ensure we are meeting customer KPIs while clearing backlogs and balancing scheduled maintenance with reactive works.Answering customer calls and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.Management of all aspects of each job, from creation to invoicing and all other administrative tasks in between.Building technician and account manager relationships to provide the best outcome for the customer.Being a team player who is willing to work with others to achieve the best overall outcomes.The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:Proven ability to schedule and coordinate tradespersons and carry out the required administrative side of processing a job.Good communication and customer service skills.Good organizational and time management skills.Experience in Simpro would be an advantage.Previous experience within the service industry would be an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate.An attractive salary will be negotiated to attract a high-caliber applicant.To learn more about us, please visit vehicleaccesssolutions.com.au.#J-18808-Ljbffr
