We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team.Job Description:This role is crucial to the smooth and efficient operation of our business.
As Service Co-Ordinator and Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and customer service duties, including:Customer Service:Answering phone calls and emails from customers.Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Administrative Support:Data entry and maintaining accurate customer records.Preparing invoices and processing payments.Managing inventory and ordering supplies.General office administration duties as required.Scheduling:Scheduling appointments for plumbing services with customers.Coordinating technician schedules and ensuring optimal planning.Managing emergency service calls and dispatching technicians promptly.Skills/Experience:Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.Proficiency in Google Workspace and Xero.Experience with SimPro (desirable).Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good time management and ability to prioritise effectively.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Friendly and supportive work environment.This is not your typical customer service role.
