We are seeking a technically skilled Service Centre Officer to join our Digital Workplace Experience (DWX) team within Information Technology.
Reporting to the Service Centre Team Leader, you will deliver exceptional customer service while engaging effectively with stakeholders to understand and resolve their technology issues at the first point of contact.
In this technical support role, you will provide phone support, using your technical expertise to resolve issues over the phone and through other channels.
You will address daily problems, fulfill requests, and ensure a seamless experience for the Swinburne Community.
You will play a key role in optimizing incident resolution and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery, collaborating with IT support teams across the DWX portfolio.
We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation who is committed to first-point resolution, customer satisfaction, and delivering service excellence.
About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate information to technical and non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrable customer focus bias with a track record for delivering service improvements with an emphasis on Service ExcellenceExcellent stakeholder relationship management skills, including the ability to interact, influence, and manage expectationsDemonstrable technical skills in the maintenance and support of IT Technologies including Hardware, End User Software and Audio-Visual equipmentQualifications
A degree level qualification in information technology, information systems, or equivalent.
