We are currently seeking a Service Manager to join our team in Mackay, QLD. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of Epiroc equipment and resources at the customer site, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Manage customer expectations and consistently deliver outstanding serviceOversee daily activities to meet business objectives and ensure timely service deliveryManage service job costs, including labor and resource allocationMonitor and manage work in progress to ensure project milestones are metPrepare and submit reports, ensuring accuracy and timelinessAdhere to OHS, Quality, and Environmental policies, both for Epiroc and our customersComplete KPI-related tasks and provide regular reporting on performancePerform other administrative duties as requiredKey Requirements:Mechanical trade qualifications or equivalentProven leadership and people management skillsExtensive experience in maintaining surface/underground mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low-voltage electrical repairsExperience in both preventative and breakdown maintenanceStrong customer service skills with a professional and proactive approachHigh level of computer literacy and administrative skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organizationLocation:Mackay, QLD What We Offer:If successful, you'll be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package that includes:
