Job Title: Service Centre Assistant
Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid work)
Position Type: Contract
Duration: 6 Months + likely extension

The ICT Service Centre is the main service desk for employees, offering efficient "first-point-of-contact" support for ICT needs.
This includes accurate logging and resolution of incidents and service requests across various channels, such as:
Phone supportSelf-service ticketsIn-person assistance (Tech Street)Required skills and experience: Strong customer service skillsKnowledge across various software applications e.g., Office365, Active Directory, SAP, Citrix.Service Desk experience, including management of tickets within an ITSM PlatformTake the next step - APPLY NOW!
