How this opportunity is different
Aon is looking for candidates to join our processing team. In the role you will provide support to our reception role to ensure that our walk-in HIA and non HIA member clients are supported with their respective inquiries. If you have strong administration and data entry skills and pride yourself on your attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
This is a hybrid role with the option to also work from our North Ryde office.
What the day will look like
Acting as a Service Assistant, you will provide administrative support of tasks to our broking team and receive client phone calls. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting our broking team with debtor management to ensure that we collect our monies in a timely manner Various ad hoc administrative support, including general insurance renewal tasks and supporting brokers with home warranty products Incoming client calls – debtor inquiries and payments and following up on home warranty applications. Archiving of our general insurance files, as there is no capacity within our current staff resourcing to support this task Preparation, lodgement and invoicing of insurance policies Completing various administration tasks including data entry Ensuring the integrity of our internal CRMs Skills and experience that will lead to success
To be successful in the role, you would have worked in a similar administration processing role, where you are used to being busy and enjoy completing repetitive tasks or you are someone who is looking for an entry level role. The ideal candidate will relate to the following:
Ability to multitask and complete tasks to deadlines Strong attention to detail Adaptable to different work styles under pressure Comfortable liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office How we support our colleagues
