The experience & capabilities needed Familiar with Asset Management and following work instructions Have in-depth Microsoft Excel experience for reporting purposes and regular audits Have a strong attention to detail and absolute data accuracy Can work well under pressure with agility to change daily and to learn to prioritise your workload.
Have experience and a passion for exceptional Customer Service A keenness to understand ITIL methodology.
Have a willingness for self-development and obtaining of industry certifications.
The role responsibilities include Assist with standard monthly metrics and reports, including Asset and Configuration data quality Accurate and timely documentation of work performed.
This includes system documentation, Incident/Request/Problem ticket updates, Asset and Configuration records and time reporting.
Prompt and effective Customer Service actioned when dealing with client requests, questions and concerns.
