You will provide a high level of technical advice and expertise to support, identify and provide technical solutions and maintain architectural integrity in support of a customer's account and the Optus account team.
Your day in the life of a Service Architect, Contact Centre at Optus Architecture Integrity: Architectural design and documentation of the converged environments as a high level Design Authority Customer Experience: Provide the ongoing strategic technical direction to the customer Solution Design & Delivery: Responsibility for the design of complex business solutions that integrate all data, voice, video communications and systems components into an effective network Technical Support: Assist Customer Delivery teams as required for high-level operational support including architectural views in support of Level 3 fault resolution.
This would entail in-depth knowledge of the networking solution and active participation within problem troubleshooting analysis Your skills to pay the bills Prior experience working in a Senior role within pre-sales/Embedded Architect Experience in providing a high level of technical advice and expertise to support, identify and maintain architectural integrity of a deployed customer ICT environment Experience in a Managed Solutions environment including maintaining large corporate networks Tertiary qualifications in IT or Engineering field, Industry certifications from Cisco, Genesys, NICE and Microsoft advantageous Eligible to obtain a Baseline / NV1 clearance Perks we love at Optus 3 days in the office, 2 days remote – with flexible hours to suit!
