We are growing and so is our Service and Warranty team, so we find ourselves now looking for an experienced Service and Warranty Supervisor to join us make our customers dream come true. This role can be based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, Geelong or Ballarat, however the footprint of the role covers all 3 areas.
THE ROLE : Conduct and perform New Home Service & Warranty Inspections Preparation of inspection reports andservice requests Identify, assess, and resolve building defects Liaise with relevant stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and trades Support and assist Service and Warranty admins and Technicians Provide quality customer experience & focus QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES Proven experience from a Service &Warranty function (Maintenance ) Sound knowledge of VBA guidelines and construction process Well-rounded skillset Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment CERT IV in building and construction highly regarded Australian Drivers License BENEFITS Fully maintained company Vehicle Mobile Phone, Fuel Card, E-Tag Provided Weekly team catch-up's and coffees so you never feel like your alone Awesome team and a down to earth leader A growing building company with a huge pipeline of work Our company events are second to none Opportunities to grow within the organisation So, if you are currently in a role where there is uncertainty, and little room for growth and development, you need to be talking to us.
