You will be the first point of contact for the Service department front counter and telephone enquiries at the Cairns Branch.
Key Responsibilities Liaise with client base in order to increase and maximise all parts/service sales Build relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained Interact directly with Customers, Dealers and National teams Process warranty claims in an accurate and timely manner to maximise Penske Australia returns Provide support to customers and Service team for all invoicing and warranty requirements Provide assistance with the management of WIP Provide support to external and internal customers and Service team for all invoicing, warranty and Allison X-Trans requirements About You Minimum of 2 years' administration/clerical experience Ability to communicate information in a positive manner, i.e.
