Your new role Liaising with customers via phone and emailProviding support to, and maintaining ongoing relationships with, our customers and staffCoordinating and prioritising the allocation and timely completion of service and repair workProcessing of quotations, purchase orders, stock transfers, invoicing, and reportingMonitoring and recording stock delivery lead times for service repairsLiaising with Logistics and Production departments regarding timely parts and goods delivery and receiptingCompleting daily/weekly/monthly administrative tasks independentlyAbout you Customer service/sales support capacityExcellent organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills with a strong attention to detailExceptional written and verbal communication skillsWell-developed computer skills in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work autonomously as well as in a team environmentAbility to maintain a neat and well-organised work environmentWhat's in it for you?
